Our Mission

The Webster Community Partnership (WCP), through a unique spirit of cooperation between town, school, and community, is dedicated to promoting health and wellness and providing opportunities for instruction, recreation and competitive programs at well-run facilities.

Known primarily as the administrator of its two premier recreational sites, the Webster Aquatic Center and the Webster Field House, the WCP actually has a much broader reach and greater implications on the community.

Providing a conduit for the partnership of school, town, and community across political and physical lines, the WCP allows for management and coordination of shared resources for the benefit of all. The Partnership manages over 125 town and school recreational sites, provides instructional and certification programs, manages special events, and fosters business partnerships.

The goal of WCP is to develop a loyal membership, offer opportunities to the community, build a national presence through prestigious events, and develop partnerships with businesses which will enhance the experience of visitors, while also boosting the local economy.
