Q: Do I have to be a resident of Webster to join?

A: Anyone can join, but those who live in the Webster Central School District receive a discounted rate.

Q: How many members of a family can join?

A: All family members living at the same address may join the family plan. There is also a one-parent family plan for families where only one parent will be participating.

Q: How old do I have to be to qualify as a senior citizen?

A: Anyone 55 or older qualifies for senior rates.  Couples qualify for the senior rate if one or both members are 55 or older.

Q: What are my payment options?

A: We accept cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard payments in full. We also are able to bill annual memberships on a monthly credit card plan. There is a $2 / month surcharge for this serice. Application forms and monthly credit card agreement forms are available on the "Application" section of this site.

Q. Do you offer group rates?

A: We no longer offer special group rates. Instead, we have lowered the resident rate so anyone who lives within the Webster School District is now eligible for the lowest possible rate.

Q. Can I use the facilities if I am not a member?

A: Yes, the facilities are open to the public for a drop-in rate. Punch passes are also available, so you may purchase 25 visits in advance at a discount.
